Overview

Bria 5 is a dynamic, next generation softphone application. Allows you to manage your communications easily and efficiently – all from your desktop computer.

New to Bria 5.3

  • Microsoft® Office integration on Bria for Windows which allows you to make voice video calls. See if your contacts are available and send messages from within Outlook.
  • 1080p HD video calling using H.264 and VP8 codecs for crisper and clearer images.
  • Streamline and promote efficiencies with Call History interface and feature enhancements.
  • Calls now grouped by name and caller ID. Groups are collapsed by default, and can be expanded to view more detailed call history.
  • Manage call recordings directly from History. You can see which calls have recordings and play and delete recordings.
  • Additional filtering categories. Filter for missed calls, find calls with recordings, and filter by date. For multiple SIP accounts, filter based on the SIP account used to place a call.
  • Export call history to a .csv file for reporting purposes.

Bria has proven interoperability with many of the industry’s standard platforms and devices, including Asterisk, Cisco, It also includes features specifically designed for business and enterprise users, and can be deployed within an enterprise environment either by manual configuration or by using the Provisioning Module of CounterPath’s Stretto Platform™.

BroadWorks Feature Pack

BroadSoft-certified Feature Pack, integration with BroadSoft’s Device Management System (DMS), Xtended Service Platform (XSP) using the Xtended Service Interface (Xsi), and the BroadCloud XMPP Instant Messaging and Presence services. It enhances the client provisioning process, contact directories, call histories, and network-based conferencing systems. BroadWorks users can extend features to Bria’s Desktop and Mobile clients for no extra charge when ordering a branded client package.
